Your scope of responsibilities: - Guiding the client through the sales process, including: ▪ searching for properties from our database of Developers, ▪ creating sales offers (we provide our templates, which speeds up the work), ▪ presenting properties (in the Developer's sales offices or ours), ▪ negotiation of conditions, ▪ preparation of sales documentation, ▪ finalization of the sale, - Implementation of the company's sales plans, - Maintaining a customer database in CRM, - Responsible representation of the company and creating its professional image.
