Real estate rental analyst in CUM Kiyiv

We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Management Specialist/Analyst to join our team to help us maintain the efficiency of business processes in the commercial real estate segment and ensure the accuracy of financial analytics.

Your main tasks:

• establishing and filling out lease agreements in 1C in accordance with the conditions specified in the contracts

• calculation of rent, utility and commission payments in accordance with the terms of the agreements

• formation of invoices for rental, operating, marketing and other types of payments

• preparation monthly, quarterly and annual reports on income from tenants

• control of the relevance and completeness of documents: lease agreements, additional agreements, acts of acceptance and transfer

• monitoring of document flow and ensuring timely agreement and signing of contracts

• analysis of indicators of leased areas in terms of brands, premises, floors and business models

• participation in revenue planning and forecasting of financial results in the area of rental activity.

We expect:

• experience working with BAS ERP or similar ERP systems (knowledge of the “Rental and real estate management” module will be an advantage)

• understanding of the financial logic of rental relations: calculation of payments, discounts, revenue accounting.

• attention to details, analytical thinking, the ability to work with large volumes of data

• proficiency in Excel at the level of a confident user

• teamwork, structure, results orientation.
