Functional duties :

• assessment of the current value of real estate;
• analysis of real estate attractiveness;
• management, optimization and evaluation of the real estate portfolio;
• development and implementation of measures to increase the attractiveness of objects (renovation, improvement of rental conditions, etc.);
• identification of opportunities for additional investments in real estate to increase its value;
• cooperation with marketing departments to promote objects on the market;
• preparation of regular reports on the state of the portfolio;
• maintaining a real estate database, updating data, filling;
• ensuring compliance of activities with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• similar work experience of 5 years or more;
• higher education;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• knowledge of legislation in the field of real estate;
• high responsibility and organization.
