Functional duties:

• evaluation of the current value of real estate;
• analysis of the attractiveness of real estate;
• management, optimization and evaluation of the real estate portfolio;
• development and implementation of measures to increase the attractiveness of objects (renovation, improvement of lease conditions, etc.);
• identification of opportunities for additional investments in real estate to increase its value;
• cooperation with marketing departments to promote of properties on the market; preparing regular reports on the state of the portfolio; maintaining a real estate database, updating data, filling; ensuring compliance of activities with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• similar work experience from 5 years;
• higher education;
• excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• knowledge of legislation in the field of real estate;
• high responsibility and organization.
