Functional duties:
- evaluation of the current value of real estate;
- analysis of the attractiveness of real estate;
- management, optimization and evaluation of the real estate portfolio;
- development and implementation of measures to increase the attractiveness of objects (renovation, improvement of lease conditions, etc.);
- identification of opportunities for additional investments in real estate to increase its value;
- cooperation with marketing departments to promote of properties on the market; preparing regular reports on the state of the portfolio; maintaining a real estate database, updating data, filling; ensuring compliance of activities with legislative and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- similar work experience from 5 years;
- higher education;
- excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
- knowledge of legislation in the field of real estate;
- high responsibility and organization.
