Specialist in real estate management in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Functional responsibilities:

• Searching for real estate objects, supporting lease and sale contracts of commercial real estate and land plots, services, participation in auctions for the lease of state or communal property;
• Controlling and ensuring the adjustment of contractual relations, organizing the assessment of the value of the leased object and/or level rent payments, ensures receipt of agreements on related issues;
• Maintenance of contracts in the Company’s information systems, databases, etc.;
• Preparation of statistical data, presentations, analysis of reports regarding the process of extension, renegotiation and adjustment of contracts in the context of execution of plans, etc.;
• Organization of search and attraction of new Tenants for vacant Company premises, cooperation with real estate agencies, interacts with related related units of the Company;
• Supporting the sale of the Company's own real estate, providing support for cooperation with real estate agencies, holding auctions, etc.

Requirements for candidates:

• Education: higher legal/economics;
• Experience in a similar position from 3 years;
• Experience of conducting an independent real estate appraisal will be an advantage;
• Experience of conducting negotiations;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation, experience of conducting financial projects, knowledge of legislative, legal and regulatory acts, basics of tax legislation;
• A confident user of a PC, MSOffice;
• Availability of a driver's license and experience of driving a car (will be an advantage).
