We are looking for a Reactivation Manager responsible for returning inactive clients to the platform and increasing their activity. The main task is to build effective communication with users who have stopped using the services, taking into account their individual characteristics and behavior.

Requirements

  • Maintaining a reactivation cycle with at least 4 contacts during the month (approximately 1 contact per
  • Before each contact - client profile analysis:
    • activity history

  • Ability to select personalized communication depending on the type of client.
  • Conducting live communication with the client in case of a response:
