React.js Developer in Monitaet Technology

Our client is an innovative EdTech startup in Europe. We seek an experienced and confident React.js Developer who will play a key role in developing a Learning Management System from scratch with pleasant UI\UX. A successful candidate should be able to provide project estimations, make a great effort to meet deadlines, mentor new developers, make sound technical decisions, and efficiently communicate with the client to clarify their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and integrate with the backend a high-quality complex web application using React.js, translating wireframes into a web app with pleasant UI\UX
• Provide accurate project estimations and adhere to them
• Support developers, fostering their growth and integration into the team
• Excellently communicate with clients to elicit requirements and propose intelligent solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven relevant experience in building complex applications from scratch in React, Typescript
• Proficiency in core JavaScript, CSS, as well as modern front-end stacks
• Experience with build tools (e.g., Vite), state management (MobX/Redux), and form handling (react-hook-library + Zod, or similar)
• Strong sense of aesthetics and ability to design user-friendly interfaces
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges in a very tight timeframe, not losing excellent attention to detail
• Confident written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
