Project Overview:

Our Global Call Center Solution is designed to manage call data recorded from various sources, integrating it seamlessly into a detailed CRM system. The service allows comprehensive management of agents and extensions, along with the sites they operate on. It features a sophisticated yet user-friendly hierarchy for agent management and quality assurance tools, providing supervisors with all the necessary capabilities to ensure customer success.
 

💡 Requirements:

• Up to 4 years of professional experience with React.js.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

💡Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of .NET.
Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
Familiarity with Git version control system.
