Purpose of the position: Optimizing the radio network in order to achieve technical goals for the quality of services of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks and improving the subscriber experience. Main functional duties: Conducts work on the analysis of the indicators of the radio network, determines the most critical in terms of a number of technical indicators, complaints and assessments of subscribers. Performs work on parametric optimization, prepares data, develops scripts for uploading parameters to the radio network management system. Analyzes the results of radio network measurements (drive tests), prepares proposals for changing cell parameters and creates relevant orders. Conducts in-depth analysis and search for solutions to improve quality indicators of 2G/3G/4G/5G network services not limited to radio network parameters. Conducts constant analysis of the worst cells, develops proposals for changing parameters, creates orders for their change, analyzes results and reports on implementation. Develops a list of parameters on the radio network taking into account current and future ones software versions of network nodes. Analyzes complaints and reasons for deterioration of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (Voice/Data CSI, NPS) with telecommunication services on a network segment, identifies technical network deficiencies and develops measures to improve them; Analyzes performance indicators of the Voice over LTE service, prepares recommendations for improvement of the parameters of the radio network, transport network and the main network. Prepares recommendations for setting the parameters of the SON (Self-Organized Network) system for managing 2G/3G/4G/5G networks. Qualification requirements for candidates: Higher technical education. Work experience of at least 5 years in projects planning and optimization of 2G/3G/4G/(5G) networks. Experience in conducting projects to optimize networks and launch new technologies as a leading engineer or head of the company's RNP/RNO group at suppliers of telecom equipment (Huawei, Ericsson, ZTE, Nokia) and service companies for radio network optimization and monitoring, participation in projects of various mobile operators in different countries. Knowledge of the principles of construction and operation of cellular networks, methods of calculating radio communication zones, the basics of radio wave propagation. In-depth knowledge in the field of telecommunications and the latest radio technologies: experience in planning, building mobile telecommunications cellular networks, optimizing the radio network, conducting in-depth troubleshooting and improving its efficiency. Experience in working with radio planning and optimization systems of cellular networks (Atoll, TEMS, Actix, QualiPoc, TEMS DISCOVERY, TEOCO SCHEMA, IBWave), with geographic information systems (Map Info). Experience with OSS systems (U2020, PRS, NetNumen, Nastar, Netmax). Experience in designing and optimizing LTE / VoLTE networks. Knowledge of LTE network KPIs and basic parameters. Knowledge of SQL scripting or VB scripting. Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, including the creation of VB macros. English is spoken, experience in correspondence.
