We’re currently seeking atalented Scrum Master tojoin our dynamic team. Inthis role, you’ll take charge ofafull-stack scrum team within one ofour primary R&D groups atViber. Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects concurrently, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, andQA engineers. Lead anagile team, overseeing and facilitating agile ceremonies such asdaily standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives. Continuously monitor projects, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies toensure timely delivery without compromising quality. Identify and address impediments tomaintain consistent workflow and optimize team performance. Bridge strategic and tactical goals bycreating work plans that support ahigh-performing team. Facilitate dependencies with external teams and stakeholders. Requirements: Minimum 2years ofexperience asaScrum Master orR&D Team Leader with atrack record ofsuccessful projects. Extensive experience working inagile teams with adeep understanding ofagile principles, practices, and values. Hands-on experience inatechnical role such asaDeveloper orQA engineer. Excellent understanding ofsoftware development processes and procedures. Strong interpersonal communication and mentoring skills. Proactive, resourceful, and quick learner with aflexible and innovative approach towork. Methodological and process-oriented mindset focused oncontinuous improvement. Experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary and globally distributed teams. Proficiency inEnglish and project management tools like Jira and Advanced Roadmap. Knowledge ofteams’ productivity metrics and the ability toutilize data for optimizing flows and team performance. Advantages: 2years ofHands-On experience withGo orsimilar backend development language. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) orAzure.
