R&D Project Engineer/ R&D Project Engineer in Base Group sp. z o.o.

Responsibilities:

• Initiating and supervising research projects aimed at developing new technologies
• Improving existing solutions using the AGILE Quick Sprints method, the AGILE KANBAN method and statistical methods and tools
• Creation and management schedule and budget of projects
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements
• Building and development of production processes based on new technological solutions
• Optimization of existing processes production, the aim of which is to eliminate waste, increase the efficiency of production processes, and reduce order fulfillment times.
• Creating, maintaining and developing technical documentation
• Creating and presenting reports from ongoing activities

Wanted competences

• Education Higher Technical: Mechanics and machine construction, Automation-Robotics and related
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineer/Project Coordinator in a production company with a similar profile
• Experience in project management technical in the field of machine construction and process engineering, process automation
• Experience in creating and managing a project budget
• Knowledge of supporting tools < b>project management(e.g. SmartSheet, MS Planer, etc.)
• Awareness of the cost estimate process and the offer process b>
• Ability to negotiate and communicate with external and internal clients
• Very good knowledge of Office , including Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of English at a minimum level. B1
• Openness to changes, creativity
