This position reports to

R&D Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead planning, scheduling, and cost control efforts for all project phases of individual delivery for small to medium size projects. Each day, you will maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, costs, revenues, cash in/out, as well as risks and opportunities. You will also showcase your expertise by monitoring, reporting, and managing deviations proactively.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid #Li-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Motion System Drives.

You will be mainly accountable for:

•Ensuring data quality by implementing best practices for fiscal planning and reporting

•Managing the budgeting process and conducting financial analysis to optimize investments and utilize excess capacities

•Providing visibility into the financial product portfolio’s performance

•Verifying data exchange between the PPM tool and financial data systems

•Maintaining and adapting roadmaps for Product Portfolio Management (PPM)

•Analyzing data for reporting to higher management

•Collaborating closely with R&D management product management, and financial controllers

•Understanding both R&D project management and the financial aspects of product development

Qualifications for the role

You enjoy working with data analytics tools, project management methodologies and the finance and engineering market

Ability to demonstrate your experience in finance, data analytics and engineering

You have 2 years of experience in these areas, which is a plus

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field

Possess an enhanced knowledge of project management and financial controlling which is a plus

Experience budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting is also a plus

You are at ease communicating in English and Polish
