Everstake is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced R&D Blockchain Analyst to join our young and dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain complicated concepts to non-technical users.# The Daily
— Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements
— Document current processes and models to understand inefficiencies or gaps
— Model business processes and identifies opportunities for process improvements
— Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions
— Conduct market, industry, or client research
— Model data and perform analysis on results
— Take notes during important meetings and socialize key takeaways and next steps
— Participate in daily stand-up meetings, planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
— Monitor key performance metrics and provide helpful insights to improve and grow the business
— Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks. Communicate trade-offs to business partners and work with them to shape requirements accordingly
— Public relations and representative
— Building and management of partner relations
— Participating in Main Blockchain Conferences# The Essentials
— 2+ years of experience in a business analyst/ researcher capacity
— A solid understanding of crypto-economics and blockchain technologies generally
— Solid understanding of key economic indicators
— Ability to multitask, proven emotional stress tolerance
— Strong negotiation and management skills
— Sharp analytical mind with a killer instinct to identify thematic trends in the market
— An open-minded research approach and genuine intellectual curiosity
— Advanced English Level
— Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
— Previous experience or educational background in economics, finance, or mathematics would be plus
