Who we are looking for

We are searching for a fearless and talented personality to fill the R&D engineer position. The candidate will develop new technologies and fast-check hypotheses based on machine learning and computer vision, such as object detectors, tracking, and classification.

The person should be able to take the challenges and become a part of the deployed international team and will work closely with colleagues in different countries.

We are looking for a talented specialist who wants to develop and work in the machine and deep learning field of image processing

What is important:

• Special education (computer technologies, mathematics etc).
• Experience in commercial projects for 3 years.
• Advanced level of C++.
• Advanced level of Python.
• Be able to understand external systems and protocols and integrate them into our solutions.
• Experience in machine learning.
• Continuous self-education in CNN and machine learning.
• Great desire to grow and develop.
• Responsibility, honesty, and teamwork.

Will be a big plus:

• Knowledge of drone controls and management (Pixhawk controller, MavLink... )
• Experience with NVidia Jetson.
• Experience in reinforcement learning.
• Experience in video and photo processing.

General obligations:

• Formulation and testing of technological hypotheses - algorithms, methods of collecting and marking data.
• Train and evaluate the developed machine-learning model on a large set of images/videos for server-based and EDGE platforms (ARM+CNN chips).
• Build end-to-end training, testing, and evaluation pipelines.
• Manipulate high-volume multi-dimensional structured data from the images for further deep network training and testing.
• Coding, proof-of-concept (POC), and demo of deep learning applications.
• Creating synthetic and semi-synthetic datasets (possibly usingGAN) for training and testing.
• Changing the architecture of neural networks for optimized performance on the Edge platforms.
