We are looking for someone who: Ready propose ideas and implement changes; Has the skills of effective interaction with all stakeholders; Analytical thinks and analyzes situations, able to get to the root cause of the problem; Creates and conducts interesting training on issues of food quality and safety. It is important to have knowledge of: Food technologies, basic technological equipment and process improvement methods; International standards: ISO 9001:2000, ISO 19000, ISO 22000, BRC, FSSC; GMP, HACCP and GWP, Lean; Personnel training technician. Functional duties: Full responsibility for quality in food production; Support and constant improvement of the Quality Management System; Improvement of standards and training of personnel; Interaction with partners - service providers; Quality control of raw materials, technological processes, finished products; Participation in the development of recipes and the launch of new types of products; Maintenance of production documentation (technological maps, specifications of the final product, descriptions of production stages, marking and label); Audits and support of suppliers; Analysis of complaints together with the HACCP team; Implementation and updating of technical specifications.
