We invite to our team the QUALITY MANAGER OF THE SALES DEPARTMENT. What will you need to do? Handle calls from sales managers (listen, analyze, record the results); Analyze the dynamics of the results of the sales managers, provide conclusions to the heads of the divisions of the Commercial Department and their peers; participation in improving the business processes of the Monitoring Department for work with the Commercial Department (working groups, meetings, possibly working out, proposals with innovations and improving the quality of work); Participate in the preparation of additional materials for the Commercial Department (for example, writing scripts, wishes for the formation of a knowledge base , conducting testing, etc.); Create questionnaires and report them; corporations with integrated sales systems); You have experience working with telephony (preferably ringostat); You have experience working with CRM systems; and listen; You know how to work with objections; What will you get from us?
