"DILA" Medical Laboratory invites a professional, Quality Manager to our team. Key tasks of the position: Control and support of the quality management system (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 15189. Development, implementation and improvement of management system documents in accordance with ISO standards. Conducting audits of developed and implemented processes, including internal audits (according to the annual plan). Participation in the organization and conduct of supervisory and certification audits for compliance with ISO standards. Providing analytical conclusions with recommendations for improving the quality of processes. Analysis and analysis of non-conformities, development of corrective actions and preparation reporting. Monitoring of process efficiency based on quantitative criteria. Organization of risk identification and assessment processes. Consultation of company employees on quality management system issues. Training of personnel on quality issues. Preparation of regular quality reports. Monitoring of production processes to identify and reduce risks, using the FMEA method to assess and reduce risks. Our expectations regarding the candidate's work experience: Experience in a similar position is desirable. Knowledge and understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and preferably the ISO 15189 standard. Experience in the development, implementation and improvement of management systems.
