We are looking for a "Head of VTK" to our team. Responsibilities: building a quality system, reviewing existing and developing new quality system regulations and procedures; ensuring compliance with VTK standards and ensuring product quality; drawing up accompanying documentation and keeping records of identified deficiencies; coordinating work with other production units to resolve identified problems and process improvement; monitor the work to eliminate identified deficiencies and inconsistencies; prepare reports on control results and recommendations for quality improvement. Requirements: work experience in a similar position (Head/Manager of the Quality Department); PC skills (MS Office package (Word, Excel); experience in creating and implementing policies and procedures of the quality system; ability to work in a team. Personal qualities: organization; responsibility; attention to details; ability to work in a team.
