Requirements: Work experience in the field of mechanical engineering; Knowledge of the organization of the quality management system; Knowledge of the EUKD, EUTD; Experience in the development of technical conditions for products; Experience in the development of programs and methods of product testing (acceptance, acceptance and acceptance, qualification, certification, confirmation of technical characteristics) ;Experience of drawing up test results with protocols;Experience of working with third-party laboratories regarding tests;Experience of developing measurement methods, validation of methods;Experience of coordinating specifications and quality requirements with the customer;Experience of developing control plans and control charts;Working with drawings, ability to work with measuring devices techniques; Knowledge of the requirements for technical documentation, materials, semi-finished products, component products and finished products, their quality control systems and methods; Knowledge of types of production defects, methods of their prevention and elimination; Knowledge of the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, experience in conducting external and internal audits; Knowledge the procedure for working with customer complaints. Responsibilities: Development and implementation of quality control procedures, internal standards and instructions that meet the requirements of the company and legislation; Development of technical specifications, test programs, measurement methods; Conducting control and analysis of product quality at all stages of production; Identification and analysis of deficiencies in production and implementation of measures to eliminate them; Ensuring compliance of the production process with quality requirements; Conducting internal audits. that regulate the quality of products (works, services), the most advanced control methods, which provide for the mechanization and automation of control operations, non-destructive control, the creation of special means for this purpose.
