Requirements: Higher professional education or secondary professional (technical) education and work experience in the given field less than 3 years; Knowledge and ability to navigate in regulatory documents, DSTU; Knowledge of international standards of HACCP, FSSC 22 000:2013, IFS Food — Mandatory. Confident user of PC, office programs Word, Excel, Outlook, organizational techniques Initiative, diligence, decency, objectivity, sociability. Working conditions: Working schedule — Mon-Fri from 09.00 to 18.00. Place of work: 25 km from Kyiv city center (Vyshgorod district) Transportation departs from Heroiv Dnipro at 8:15 a.m. Non-residents are provided with decent housing Responsibilities: Carry out incoming control (conformance of quality indicators, integrity of packaging, absence of damage, etc.), as well as control of accompanying documentation. Carry out control of temperature regimes during storage of raw materials, finished products and packaging materials, as well as during the production of finished products. Carry out control over compliance with industrial sanitation and hygiene in the company's divisions. Carry out quality control of products in the production process and during the transfer of finished products to the warehouse. Check the marking of finished products and incoming packaging materials for compliance with the requirements of ND. Participate in mandatory control technical documentation, development of new and revision of current standards, technical conditions, documents of the quality management system and other documents on standardization and quality of finished products. Participate in the development and implementation of standards, technical conditions and documents of SMBPP at the enterprise. Carry out work to improve quality and competitiveness of products. Carry out work on the preparation of product certification and the food safety management system. Participate in the development, improvement and implementation of the quality and safety management system of food products, the creation of standards and norms of quality indicators, monitor their compliance. Analyze the information received at various stages production. Participate in the review and analysis of complaints and claims to product quality. Study the causes of product quality deterioration, participate in the development of measures to eliminate them. Study advanced domestic and foreign experience in the development and implementation of food quality and safety management systems products. To participate in the creation of enterprise standards for quality management, development and implementation of perfect systems of control methods. To participate in the development of methods and instructions for current quality control. To participate in the development and organization of the implementation of measures based on the results of state supervision, internal audits, second and a third party. Prepare the documents necessary to confirm the declared quality of products and raw materials. Participate in the work of obtaining supporting documentation for products.
