We are currently looking forQC Team Lead, who will lead the Quality Control team of specialists and will be engaged in improving processes and quality of service to our customers.
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position and you can share your achievements;
- You have experience in implementing automation in QC processes, which will increase efficiency;
- You are confident in macros, creating tools to automate routines;
- Developed and conducted trainings for the team aimed at improving the quality of service and increasing the professional skills of employees;
- Conducted onboarding programs for new QC specialists and shift leaders, helping them to quickly adapt and achieve high results.
Your future duties:
- Development and implementation of evaluation methods to improve the quality of service in chats;
- Creation and regular updating of knowledge base materials;
- Evaluation of the work of QC specialists, providing constructive feedback, conducting tests on knowledge of updates and work processes;
- Constant monitoring of service quality, namely: analysis of chat duration, responses, detection and classification of errors;
- In-depth study of the entire process structure and identifying opportunities for their optimization and improvement.
