Quality control specialist in Derzhavniy operator tilu

We are looking for a specialist of the quality control department - a person who is well versed in state legislation regarding product quality and safety, understands the procedure for selecting product samples for laboratory tests, and understands the processes of supplying food products.

Main duties:

• Analysis and processing of complaints regarding the supply of non-conforming products
• Communication with representatives of the recipient of products, providing advice on the requirements of current state legislation and the conditions of state contracts for the purchase of products
• Business correspondence with suppliers
• Preparation of cases for claims work
• Participation in the development of procedures, instructions related to product quality and safety

Our expectations:

• Higher education (in the fields of certification, standardization, quality control, quality and safety management systems will be an advantage)
• Experience in the field of quality control and circulation of food products from 1 year (food production, trade network, research institutes, certification bodies)
• Knowledge and understanding of international standards for quality systems and food safety products
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language
• Understanding and knowledge of laws, guidelines, orders and other normative legal acts of current state legislation in the field of quality and safety of food products
• Ability to work with large volumes of information (skills in working with CRM, Power BI, SAP, task trackers will be an advantage)
• A confident user of MS programs Office
• Responsibility, ability and desire to work in a team for results
