Quality Control Specialist in PIN-UP.BUSINESS

Requirements:
• Has at least 1 year of experience in customer service (chat/calls);
• Deep understanding of the iGaming vertical;
• Customer-oriented and empathetic;
• Team player;
• Accepts feedback, including negative feedback;
• Fluent in Spanish, Russian or Ukrainian languages;
• Able to articulate thoughts concisely orally and in writing;
• Patient and prepared for repetitive tasks;
• Meticulous, attentive to details;
• Able to independently search for, study, and analyze information;
• Initiative and execution-oriented;
• Proficient computer skills (especially MS Office and Google Docs);
• No bias regarding the company’s field of activity;
• Ready for long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities:
• Reviewing chats/calls according to internal regulations/instructions/rules;
• Maintaining reporting documentation for each reviewed chat/call;
• Keeping records of work done by periods;
• Analyzing received feedback from TL, documenting actions taken to address the situation, working on improving quality metrics.
