We are currently looking for a Quality Control Manager.

Job Functions :

• Establishing and maintaining software development quality standards.
• Collaboration with development, business intelligence and testing teams to ensure quality at all stages.
• Development and implementation of policies and procedures for quality control.
• Conducting trainings and workshops for teams on quality standards.
• Audit of development processes to identify deviations from standards, and root cause analysis
• Control of implementation of measures to dispose of technical debt
• Cooperation with development teams and customers to clarify requirements for of the final product.
• Preparation of reports on product compliance with customer requirements.

Skills :

• Experience in software quality control.
• Possession of modern methodologies and tools for testing and quality control.
• The ability to effectively cooperate in a team and organize the work process.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• High level of communication skills and the ability to teach others.
