Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist & Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, as well as experience in leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master. This role involves ensuring the quality of our software products through meticulous testing and quality assurance practices while also facilitating Agile processes and practices to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and plans to identify issues and bugs effectively.
• Conduct rigorous manual and automated tests across all software components to ensure optimal product quality.
• Analyze and document bug reports, collaborating with development teams to facilitate swift issue resolution.
• Generate detailed test reports for management and technical review.
• Ensure all tested software complies with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance testing strategies and improve overall product quality.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as the Scrum Master.
• Coach and guide the Agile team in Scrum practices, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Specialist, QA Engineer, or similar role.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, TestRail, JIRA, and Jenkins.
• Proficiency in writing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL and scripting languages.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, manual and automated testing tools, and QA methodologies.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience with performance and/or security testing methodologies.
• Background in software development and familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP.
