Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (Q&A) Specialist to test our web SaaS products. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our customers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, have a solid understanding of web products, and be experienced in writing and executing manual testing scripts and checklists.

Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web SaaS products to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance problems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test scripts and checklists based on product requirements and specifications.
• Report and document bugs and issues clearly, providing detailed steps to reproduce and potential impacts.
• Communicate testing progress and results directly to the COO, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and continuously improve testing processes.

Tools & Technologies:

• JIRA or similar project management tool for bug tracking and reporting.
• TestRail or  Zephyr for managing test cases, scripts, and test results.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in manual testing of web products.
• Ability to write clear and effective test scripts and checklists.
• Familiarity with various web SaaS products and their common features.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Prior experience working in a startup environment is a plus.

Location: Remote

Hours: Minimum 80 hours per month

Hourly Rate: $14/hour
