ITIL certification (at least Foundation-level, higher is a plus). Several (min. 3-5) years of experience in IT quality assurance, preferably with a focuson ITIL . Strong knowledge of risk management and continuous improvement. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverseteams. Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken. Experience with Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
