Quality Assurance Manager in ARETUM

ARETUM is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and project management, to define and implement quality standards, policies, and guidelines.ARETUM is known for providing cutting-edge solutions and outstanding service to Federal clients in various sectors, including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting. Our mission is to deliver technology-driven solutions that meet the unique needs of our government clients, enabling them to achieve their objectives effectively and efficiently.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance program, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulationsEvaluate and assess existing quality control processes and identify areas for improvementDesign and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software products and systemsLead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and supportCollaborate with project managers and development teams to define quality objectives and targetsEstablish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor the effectiveness of quality assurance activitiesConduct regular audits and inspections to identify quality gaps and non-compliance issuesDevelop and maintain documentation of quality assurance processes, procedures, and best practicesStay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practicesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a managerial roleStrong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practicesExperience in leading and managing a team of quality assurance professionalsHands-on experience with test planning, test case design, and test executionProficiency in using quality assurance tools, such as test management systems and defect tracking systemsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience working in a government contracting environment is preferredCertifications such as ISTQB or Six Sigma are a plusARETUM is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
