Quality Assurance Lead with SAP experience

Requirements:

• Proficient in all levels of test phases with profound SAP FICO / SAP S/4 knowledge to successfully support delivery across all test phases.
• 8-10 years of experience in testing across all test levels.
• 3+ years of experience with Finance processes, 1+ years’ experience in Life Science/Healthcare.
• Proficiency in test planning, execution, defect tracking tools like JIRA/X-Ray and developing SDLC documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate testing-related risks and issues.
• Impact and influence — leadership skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive end-to-end testing strategy, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Test execution team on testing and cutover activities (not reporting directly).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate testing/cutover progress, flag and mitigate the risks for Go live.
• Define and drive the implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to accelerate and speed up testing/deployments.
• Ensure all testing activities adhere to industry best practices and quality standards.
