Job Overview: Asapivotal member ofour fast-paced agile environment, the Quality Assurance Lead will significantly impact our software development processes and product quality. Given the challenges posed bymultiple parallel development squads, weseek adynamic QALead with extensive experience inSalesforce and aknack for thriving inagile settings. The primary focus will beonensuring thorough testing inthe User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase toprevent incidents inproduction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement acomprehensiveQA framework tailored toour agile development processes, ensuring its sustainability over time. Coordinate testing activities across multiple development teams, emphasizing thoroughness, follow-up, and adherence tobest practices. Cultivate aculture ofquality, advocating for effective testing throughout the development cycle. Spearhead the introduction and implementation ofanautomated testing framework, establishing guidelines and best practices. Conduct training and coaching sessions for teams onquality assurance processes, prioritizing proactive problem identification and resolution inUAT. Manage and monitor all testing phases, including planning, execution, and documentation, ensuring timely issue resolution before release. Collaborate closely with development teams toresolve conflicts and ensure aseamless transition from development toproduction. Act asaliaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and understanding oftesting outcomes and quality improvement measures. Key Requirements: Fluency inEnglish ismandatory. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for fostering positive relationships across teams and departments. Strong leadership and coordination abilities tomotivate teams toward quality objectives. Proficiency inSalesforce, with hands-on testing experience. Expertise inagile methodologies and adaptability tofast-paced development processes. Proven track record asaQuality Assurance Lead orsimilar role inasoftware development environment. Solid experience indeveloping and implementing automated testing frameworks. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. Knowledge ofsoftwareQA methodologies, tools, and processes. Salesforce Associate Certification. Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, orrelated fields. Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. Activities onaDay-to-Day Basis: Collaborate with project managers/product managers toensure testing activities align with project timelines and budgets. Support teams inassessing the workloadrequired forIT testing. Define the Test Strategy for each release based onits complexity. Coordinate ITtesting, includingQA and NRT activities for all projects included inarelease. Follow upwith teams toidentify necessary test scripts. Prepare Test Plan and execute tests. Distribute test executions among team members. Assist Functionals byexecuting some test scripts. Identify and manage testing risks and issues. Generate reports ontesting activities, including progress ontest executions and bugs found intest environments. Analyze bugs found inPROD and determine why they weren’t detected inlower environments. Review and identify test scripts for improvement. Collaborate toidentify areas for quality enhancement. Provide guidance ontest scripts and testing scenarios asneeded. Support project managers inGo/No-Go meeting preparation and facilitation, offering clear evidence oftesting status, results, and recommendations for any necessary completion action plan.
