We are looking for a Quality Specialist who will deal with the description and optimization of business processes, will be actively involved in business systematization projects. , questionnaires, study of statistics, reports, etc.); Development of business process schemes; Formation of the catalog of company processes and its maintenance in an up-to-date state; Description of processes in the format of regulatory documents, instructions, checklists; Determination of quality standards for processes; Training staff to new procedures and updates. Candidate requirements: Modeling skills in IDEF0, BPMN, CFF notations (will be an advantage); Confident user of MS Office (Visio, Project, Excel), electronic document management systems; Experience in writing regulations, instructions, etc.; Theoretical and practical knowledge of building a business process management system; understanding of key business processes, organizational structures and principles of system business.
