Quality and occupational safety manager (ISO 9001, 45001) in UVK-Interneshnl

Quality and occupational health and safety manager (direct reporting to the CEO).

UVK is a national 3PL operator. We don't just transport goods, we build complex engineering logistics for business. We are currently looking for a key person to take control of our standards. We don't need a theorist. We need a practitioner who understands that Quality and Safety are the foundations of an effective team.

You don't just know the rules, you understand how the business works.

• Experience: From 5 years exclusively in commercial structures (priority - class A logistics, retail, large-scale production).

• Stability: You are not interested in frequent job changes. You have worked in one place for 3 years and have implemented projects that you are proud of.

• Professional knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge and practice of implementing ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 45001 (occupational safety) standards.

  • Experience of passing and conducting audits (internal auditor certificate will be an advantage).

  • Confident PC user (Excel - not just tables, but budgets and summaries; PowerPoint - to defend your ideas in front of directors).

• Your approach: You are a leader. You don't wait until they give you a task. If you see a risk, you eliminate it. If you see that the process is "limping" - straighten it out.

Your key areas of responsibility:

1. Quality management system (ISO 9001):

• Maintenance and development of the system: updating procedures, instructions and regulations.

• Conducting internal inspections at warehouses (Kyiv region) and monitoring the elimination of deficiencies.

• Analysis of performance indicators (accuracy of assembly, timeliness) and development of actions for them improvement.

2. Occupational safety and fire safety (ISO 45001):

• Full support of the company on occupational safety issues (briefings, staff training, control of logs).

• Organization of medical examinations and attestation of workplaces.

• Budgeting and procurement of overalls and protective equipment (you know how to choose high-quality and not overpay).

• Interaction with regulatory bodies (State Labor, State Emergency Service) - we work officially, so everything here must be flawless.

• Decent financial motivation: We have combined the functionality of two positions, so we are ready to pay above the market (we discuss at the interview, pushing away from your expectations).

• Hybrid schedule: You plan your own time. Guideline: 1-2 days — work "in the fields" (warehouses, Boryspil district), 1-2 days — office (Silver Breeze shopping center, Kyiv), the rest — remote/flexible.

  yearsin a logistics (3PL) or large manufacturing company.

• Deep understanding of 3PL specifics: you must understand how a 50k pallet warehouse works, what is stickering, copacking and 24/48/72 hour delivery to 450+ points.

• Practical experience supporting ISO 9001 and 45001
  Ability to analyze logistics KPI (accuracy of assembly, completeness of orders, delivery times).
  A certificate of Internal or Lead Auditor is desirable.
