Previous experience: • experience in a similar position is desirable at least 2 years.• Previous experience in monitoring and evaluation or management with NGOs is an advantage.Skills:• Expertise in project cycle management, detailed knowledge of concepts, processes and tools, as well as experience in leading participatory processes• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in the areas M&E and IM or NGO Management• Experience in the design, planning and implementation of systems, procedures and tools in the areas of M&E and IM• Knowledge and experience of quantitative and qualitative methods in the humanitarian aid/development sector.
