Now we are actively developing and expanding our team of professionals who are ready to conquer new heights with us, so we are looking for a Qualifier.

Key tasks:

• Calling customers:
  -Informing customers about new products, services and special offers.
  -Resolving customer inquiries and problems by providing appropriate support.
  -Recording into the CRM system of call results, including any agreements or commitments.
• Lead Generation:
  -Responsible for identifying and attracting leads customers who may be interested in the company's products or services.
• Lead Qualification:
  -Evaluation of potential leads to determine their suitability and readiness to buy to ensure , that the sales team receives only qualified leads.
• Coordination with the sales team: 
  -Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transfer of qualified leads and ensure their effective processing.
• CRM maintenance:
  -Registration of all contacts and interactions with customers in the CRM system.
  -Update of customer information, including contact data, history, reviews and benefits.
