Responsibilities:
- Quantitative control of indicators of assistants and maintenance of technical tables
- Analysis of leads: number, quality, conversions, impact on payment
- Qualitative analysis of communications (structure, timing, filling)
- Identifying and fixing errors, providing recommendations to the manager
- Analyzing dialogues, keeping an "assistant card"
- Controlling the correctness of data in CRM and KYC
- Forming daily and periodic reports
