Esper Hand in Time's Best Inventions of 2022

We are looking for engineers to lead the process of input and output control of nodes/parts at all stages of production of bionic prostheses.

Main work tasks:

• develop the technology of testing nodes and structures, in order to check compliance with technical requirements

• check (test) manufactured parts/assemblies for compliance with standards, requirements and technical characteristicsat all stages (from delivery to the warehouse, intermediate stages of mass production assembly to final assembly)

• detect defects or inconsistencies

• keep in touch with the technologist and production team

• keep documentation of control results, detected discrepancies and recommendations

• participate in the implementation of improvements in the production process, to ensure higher product quality

• participate in implementing new technologies or quality control methods to improve results

Requirements for candidates:

• work experience in production in the direction of input and output control of assemblies and parts

• understanding and experience of working with standards related to a specific industry

• understanding production steps and processes

• ability to find even the smallest inconsistencies or defects in products

• ability to communicate effectively with other team members, production and development
