Working conditions:

• Working in a modern office in the city center, comfortable and convenient workplace ;
• Schedule 5/2 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.;
• Rate - UAH 20,000 per month;
• Wage calculation 2 times a month.

From We are waiting for you:

• 1 year of work experience in the field of edition testing;
• Understanding the theory of testing, and the ability to apply test design techniques;
• The ability to competently describe the error that occurred;
• The ability to clearly present information orally and in writing;

Responsibilities :

• Requirements understanding: Careful examination of CRM system requirements to understand functionality and expected behavior;
• Test planning: Development of a test strategy and creation of a test plan that includes testing core CRM functions , integrations with other systems, data security and performance;
• Creating test scenarios: Writing test scenarios and test cases covering various aspects of CRM, such as customer data management, marketing automation, sales management, customer service and analytics;
• Executing tests: Running test scenarios to check CRM functionality, identifying errors and system flaws;
• Defect tracking: Registering detected defects in the bug tracker with a detailed description of the problem , steps to reproduce and priority assessment;
• Integration testing: Checking the interaction of CRM with other systems, such as postal services, social networks, payment gateways, etc.;
• Security testing: Checking the CRM system for the presence of vulnerabilities in data security, authentication and authorization, protection against attacks and other threats;
• Test automation: Development and support of automated tests to speed up the testing process and increase its efficiency;
• Cooperation with team: Interacting with developers, analysts, project managers, and other team members to clarify requirements, fix defects, and improve product quality;
• Reporting: Reporting test results, defect status, quality assessment, and process improvement recommendations product development and quality.
