You will...⁃ Lead and mentor a team of junior testing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their growth and professional development ⁃ Plan, prioritise, and assign testing tasks to team members based on product requirements and deadlines ⁃ Define and implement regression testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure comprehensive coverage of software products ⁃ Develop and maintain test plans, test cases for regression testing, ensuring they are comprehensive, reusable, and well-documented ⁃ Execute regression test plans and monitor test results to identify defects, track their resolution, and ensure the overall quality of the software ⁃ Monitor and report on testing progress, defect trends, test coverage, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas of improvement to management ⁃ Identify and report testing risks, issues, and bottlenecks to product stakeholders, and propose effective solutions or mitigation strategies ⁃ Continuously evaluate and improve the testing process, methodologies, and tools to enhance team efficiency and product quality. ⁃ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, managers, and product owners, to gather testing requirements and acceptance criteria ⁃ Ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of regression testing activities ⁃ Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, provide feedback, and address any issues or challenges encountered during the testing process Qualifications Components for success. You... ⁃ Hold BS or MS in Computer Science or Degree in a similar field ⁃ Have proven experience (4 years, >1 year TL) in software testing, with a focus on product testing preferred ⁃ Have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members ⁃ Know testing methodologies, tools, techniques and processes ⁃ Have proficiency in defect tracking and management tools ⁃ Abile to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines ⁃ Have effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams ⁃ Solve problems and have analytical skills, with an attention to detail ⁃ Have proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
