Skills required:

• Excellent communication skills and abilities work effectively in a team, from 2 years of experience in a leadership position;
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and processes;
• Strong skills in API testing (Postman or similar), experience with automated testing (for example, Selenium);
• Experience of writing test scripts in programming languages ​​(Python, Java, or others);
• Experience of testing frontend languages ​​(HTML, CSS, JS) ;
• Experience with databases: MySQL, knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), skills in working with JIRA, Confluence;
• Understanding and experience of working with web services;

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of testers;
• Developing a testing strategy and ensuring its implementation;
• Coordinating the work of the team to achieve project goals;
• Support and development of testing processes;
• Ensuring the quality and effectiveness of testing;
• Interaction with other departments to solve emerging issues and problems;
• Functional, regression, smoke, UI/ API testing;
• QA process management through SDLC;

• Creation and maintenance of test documentation (writing acceptance criteria, error reports, test plans, checklists, test -cases, etc.).
