QA Team Lead in AMO Fintech

We are looking for a professional to join the AMO Fintech team as a QATeam Lead. Together with us, you will have the opportunity to learn and implement manual and automated testing of mobile applications. The position involves a hybrid format of work. Kyiv. What you will need to do: Management of the QA team of the testing process for iOS, Android, Web-platforms and Back-End-platforms; Implementation of metrics to measure the results of the QA team; Control and reporting on the quality of mobile application releases; Improvement and implementation of policies, procedures, standards and QA metrics; Providing the QA team with the necessary resources and tools for effective software testing; Development and implementation of test plans and test cases for iOS, Android, Web and Back-End platforms; Cooperation with the development team; Participation in the professional growth and development of the QA team; Conduct 1:1 meetings with team members, participate in team building and provide regular feedback to management. Our ideal candidate has: 4+ years of mobile application testing experience (iOS/Android); Experience of managing a QA team of 3 people; Experience in building a team from 0; Experience testing attribution in tools such as AppMetrica, AppsFlyer or similar services; Proven experience of hiring Middle and Senior testers, both manual and automated QA Confident knowledge of databases (SQL); Excellent understanding of API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, Fiddler, Charles and API documentation Experience in creating test cases, test plans and test reports Knowledge of TestRail, Zephir or X-Ray (etc.) Ability to create clear bug reports using tools such as Jira , Trello or Redmine. Ability to read and analyze logs of mobile applications. Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall software development methodologies. Experience in writing informative articles using Confluence will be a plus: Experience in manual and automated testing on the backend, web, iOS and Android platforms Proficiency in English from B1 and above.
