It is important for us:

• Higher education in the field of information technology, computer science or related areas
• Experience in a similar position from 3 years< /li>
• Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies and process management skills;
• Experience with testing tools (technical and operational characteristics, features, purpose, operating modes of test software and programs interacting with them and additions, as well as the rules and peculiarities of their operation), experience of their implementation on projects
• Experience of working with various DBMS and experience of writing SQL scripts
• Understanding of client-server applications, their principles interaction, working principles of network protocols
• Knowledge of the principles of structure, styling and mechanics of a Web page
• Knowledge of the architecture of mobile application development: approaches, rules and patterns of mobile application development, testing experience on Android platforms and iOS
• Experience with version control systems and ELK Stack alloying systems
• Experience in implementing a test management system from scratch on projects
• Experience with test automation (Playwright, Selenium, Appium, XUnit, etc.)
• Knowledge of programming fundamentals
• Certification in testing industry (eg ISTQB) would be an advantage
• Leadership and management skills team, analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems, the ability to create a work team with a psychological atmosphere conducive to work

In our team you will:

• Organize, manage, and coordinate testing department workflows, assign tasks, and prioritize team members
• Develop and define testing strategies in line with project requirements and release schedules
• Control, maintain and update test documentation and test artifacts
• Coordinate the interaction of subordinates with project team colleagues
• Monitor the status of test processes and risk analysis related to testing
• Analyze test results and prepare reports for senior management
• Evaluate the performance of the testing team
• Support the adaptation of new members of the testing team
• Organize training, develop and mentor the testing team
• Implement new tools and technologies to improve the processtesting
• Evaluate the feasibility, implementation, support and optimization of automated tests
• Interact with colleagues in related departments, participate in the planning of issues and releases
• Interact with the second line service support
