For the client, an innovative FinTech company, we are looking for a responsible QA Support Specialist (remote work), which will help ensure high product quality and maximum user satisfaction.
Required skills:
Software Testing:
- Experience in manual testing to identify and reproducing problems reported by users.
- Ability to use Postman for API testing.
Bug Tracking and Reporting:
- Ability to work with JIRA to register, track and update issues.
- Ability to generate detailed error reports with steps to reproduce, expected and actual results.
Basic Programming Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python and SQL.
- Ability to write and understand simple scripts and queries to assist in troubleshooting and testing.
English:
- Level of English: spoken and written at B2 level.
Responsibilities:
User support:
- Providing technical support via email, chat and phone.
- Quick response to user requests, problem solving and recommendations.
Software Testing:
- Manual testing to identify and reproduce problems.
- Using Postman to test APIs and ensure they work correctly.
- Analysis and testing of new features before their release.
Bug tracking and management:
- Using JIRA to log and track issues.
- Generating detailed error reports with steps to reproduce.
Cooperation with the development team:
- Close cooperation with the developers to solve the identified problems.
- Participation in team meetings to discuss current tasks.
Training and Development:
- Updating product knowledge and technical skills.
- Developing skills in programming and testing.
Process documentation:
- Create and update process and test documentation.
- Preparation of instructions for users.
Product Improvement:
- Participation in the product improvement process.
- Analysis of user feedback and recommendations to the development team.
