We are seeking a dedicated Manual QA to join our team at Dripify, a leading B2B SaaS product company.

Sales automation platform designed for marketers, business owners, and sales teams that allows automating cold-emailing and lead generation on LinkedIn.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Experience with B2B SaaS product
- Proven experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases, including preparation of the plan and regression testing, as well as preparation of the plan and conduct of smoke testing
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Good understanding of software development process and software testing principles
- Experience in doing functional and exploratory testing
- Understanding of the need for testing/quality control/quality assurance and what goals they accomplish
- Knowledge of the software lifecycle and the role of QA in it
- Experience doing end-to-end testing
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail
- AS A BIG PLUS experience with Marketing/Sales Automation products
Nice-to-have skills:
- Automation skills; the ability to develop new automation tests from scratch and debug them as needed
Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases (TestRail) based on test plans and project requirements, identifying and documenting defects and anomalies; update and keep up-to-date test cases;
- Log and track defects using designated tools (Jira), providing clear and concise steps to reproduce issues for developers.
- Functional, Non-Functional, UI testing, Smoke, Regression, and Confirmation testing.
- Create and maintain checklists, test plans, and user workflows using TestRail, and Confluence.
- Participate in the project’s smoke/regression/acceptance testing with other teams.
- Effectively communicate testing progress, results, and concerns with team members, other teams, and product owners.
- -Attention to detail in analyzing software requirements, understanding the business scope, and envisioning user workflows; contribute to maintaining and enhancing the quality assurance process to deliver high-quality software products.
The trial period will last 3 months
