Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for mobile applications, web applications, and APIs.
• Setup and manage end-to-end testing processes, ensuring a seamless workflow from development to production.
• Conduct manual testing for mobile applications across different platforms (iOS, Android).
• Perform web testing to ensure browser compatibility, functionality, and user experience across various devices and environments.
• Execute API testing to validate data integrity, security, and performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide timely feedback to improve product quality.
• Implement best practices in QA and continuously improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Generate detailed reports on testing activities, results, and quality metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Specialist, specifically with mobile applications, web testing, and API testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in setting up and managing testing processes.
• Proficiency in testing tools such as Postman, JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr or similar.
• Solid understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance testing and security testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
