QA Specialist in Wiztech Group

Company: A leading gambling platform with offices in Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Ukraine. We work with numerous game and payment providers and utilize advanced CRM and fraud detection systems.

Location: Cyprus (required)

Responsibilities:

- Test, analyze, and troubleshoot our web, mobile web, and mobile (iOS/Android) native applications.

- Verify the integration of game providers, payment systems, CRM, and fraud detection systems, ensuring the seamless operation of our platform.

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases with a strong emphasis on using code to solve technical challenges and shorten the test cycle through automation.

- Identify, record, and document bugs thoroughly, and track quality assurance metrics.

- Monitor debugging process results and work closely with the development team to ensure all issues are resolved promptly.

- Analyze the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies, including automation techniques.

- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.

- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience in software quality assurance.

- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Experience in testing web, mobile web, and mobile (iOS/Android) native applications.

- Experience in testing various payment systems and game providers' integrations.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with automation testing tools like Playwright.

- Basic knowledge of software QA automation techniques.

- ISTQB certification is a plus.
