QA Senior/Lead (Device Team) in Ajax Systems

They detect bugs in hardware, software, or system interactions. This is not just a team of "clickers", these are creative engineers. They test new devices in various extreme conditions: they simulate the movements of people and animals, reproduce complex weather conditions, temperature changes, arrange controlled fires and heating. We are looking for a person who has experience in embedded testing and has already encountered the fact that the processes of HW and FW delivery are imperfect in the world of embedded testing. A person who likes to find problems there, in principle, cannot find them. Someone who is interested in electronics knows that a diode bridge can deal with technology faster than a developer can notice bugs. Duties: research and manual testing of HW and FW of new devices; research of product requirements and discussion of all nuances with stakeholders; participation in the preparation of test documentation at all levels (both writing and reviewing) ; reporting on testing progress and results; mentoring and supervising the QA team; monitoring the performance of QA team members; classification and prioritization of tasks; cooperation with PM, developers, AQA, the support team, etc.; solving critical problems at the production stage; reviewing the requirements for product testing at the production stage. Requirements: 3+ years of QA experience; experience and strong hardware testing skills; experience creating documentation (test cases, checklists, reports, metrics); experience mentoring other team members; deep knowledge of QA methodologies and process management skills; ability to prioritize and decompose; deep knowledge of electronics; technical education. It will be a plus: experience at QALead; experience working with microcontrollers; experience writing scripts in Python, Bash; knowledge of C.
