QA/QC Support Engineer in YARANDIN Inc.

Hello! My name is Anatoly. I am the owner of YARANDIN Inc - a Ukrainian IT company with its own product and solutions for startups in European countries. I am looking for an experienced engineer to join the QA Support team. Requirements:- Experience in software testing for more than 1 year.- Experience with SaaS products will be an advantage.- Knowledge of testing methodologies and the ability to quickly find solutions to problems.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.- Proficiency in English at the level of no below Intermediate. Responsibilities: - Support the quality of the software by identifying, documenting and tracking errors. - Cooperation with the customer success team to identify user problems and optimize the product. - Participate in test planning and execution of test scenarios according to established requirements.- Preparation of test reports for the development team.- Work with technical documentation and support for updating its relevance.
