Manual TesterJob Title: Senior Manual Tester AppJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manual Tester to lead ourquality assurance efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality softwareproducts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manual testing,strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of software testingmethodologies.Responsibilities:1. Lead the planning, design, and execution of manual testing efforts for softwareapplications or systems.2. Develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensurethorough test coverage.3. Mentor and provide guidance to junior testers, reviewing their work andproviding constructive feedback.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, productmanagers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements andacceptance criteria.5. Identify and prioritize testing activities based on project timelines andbusiness priorities.Manual Tester 26. Perform risk analysis and mitigation strategies to minimize the impact ofdefects on software releases.7. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, andmethodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.8. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in software testing andquality assurance.9. Act as a subject matter expert in manual testing, providing guidance andsupport to team members as needed.10. Participate in code reviews, requirement analysis, and sprint planningmeetings to ensure testability of features.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relatedfield.2. Minimum of [5] years of experience in manual testing, with a proven trackrecord of delivering high-quality software products.3. Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, techniques, and bestpractices.4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectivelylead and mentor a team of testers.5. Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and version controlsystems (e.g., Git).6. ISTQB or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.7. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.9.
