QA (manual) in Hiring and Dealing

A product company with experience in launching new systems on the foreign market. We create our own products and solutions for large and medium-sized businesses.

Our company also provides 24/7 technical support for our products, as well as service for our developments without weekends or holidays. Products are regularly improved and updated based on current security standards.

The team consists of real professionals in their field, who fully devote themselves to the development of projects.

We have different teams for projects, on some projects there are PM/STO who manage the process. Some projects are still in development and processes are not yet established. Everyone tries to work independently as much as possible, bring the matter to the end, quickly adapting to the needs of the market.

In one of the teams, we are looking for a QA-manual who will deal with the analysis and improvement of the testing process on the following projects:

1. Messenger aggregator is a Saas product for organizing the work of a technical support service and providing assistance in managing personal messenger accounts.
2. An aggregator of cloud hosting providers with the possibility of payment in cryptocurrency.

Responsibilities:

• developing and implementing testing strategies to ensure a high level of product quality
• creating, updating and maintaining test cases and test plans
• manual testing of functionality, compatibility, performance and security of products
• detection, documentation and tracking of defects in the bug tracking system
• interaction with developers , analysts and other team members to ensure understanding of requirements and effective problem solving
• participation in regression, integration testing and update testing
• continuous improvement of process testing and implementation of best practices across the team





Requirements:

• experience in the field of QA from 2 years
• deep understanding of testing methodologies and software development processes
• test case and test plan drafting skills
• analytical abilities and attention to detail
• experience working with task-tracking systems (for example, Asana)
• communication and the ability to work effectively in a team
• English at the level of reading technical documentation
• understanding of the working principles of messengers and cloud hosting providers will be an advantage
• knowledge of the basics of cryptocurrencies and their use in online payments will be a plus
• preparation of user documentation will be a plus< /li>
