Job Summary:
GamMatrix, a key business unit within our organization, is seeking an experienced QA Manager to oversee the QA process for our industry-leading Player Account Management (PAM) solution. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will lead quality assurance efforts across multiple software development teams, ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the development, integration, and release cycles of our flagship product. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in software testing, with expertise in both manual and automated methodologies. You will leverage strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and employ a strategic mindset to align QA processes with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Compile and analyze regular reports, gathering metrics to identify areas for quality improvement and to track ongoing progress.
Requirements:
Men receive 4 weeks of paternity leave and can work from home until the child is 13 weeks old.
